Form3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the form3 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the form3 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the form3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms set out in this document.
To use this platform, you must meet the following requirements:

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the form3 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, whether using the same or different information, are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and valid mobile number. form3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
User responsibilities regarding account security include:
- Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
- Notifying the platform immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account.
- Not using automated software or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Do not use another person's account or allow others to use yours.
Form3 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their own login credentials.
Payments, Transactions, and Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the form3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports approved deposit and withdrawal methods, including local bank transfers and designated e-wallets as updated from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and do not originate from unlawful sources. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds through fraudulent means, money laundering, or other illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Key points regarding payments:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may change without prior notice.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the same method used for the original deposit, subject to completion of the identity verification process.

The platform's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim. The platform does not guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption or free from technical errors.
Account Suspension, Closure, and Intellectual Property
Form3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons without prior notice:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Confirmation that registration information provided is false or misleading.
- Suspicious activity that may involve fraud or money laundering.
- Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
- Failure by the user to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
All content on the form3 platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of form3 and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Links to third-party websites or services that may appear on the form3 platform are provided for user convenience only. form3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Form3 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
Continued use of the form3 platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please discontinue use of the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the form3 platform shall be resolved through the channels provided under applicable Malaysian law. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia for the resolution of any such disputes.
